The teachers in school are suggesting we start giving Gabby a proper dinner meal. Her current feeding routine is such:
~7am: approx. 100ml of BM at home
~7am: approx. 100ml of BM at home
~8am: Cereal Breakfast in school
11am-12noon: Porridge for lunch
~3pm: Puree snack (she LOVES apple puree)
~4pm: 180ml of BM
~7.30pm: 180ml of BM before she goes to bed
~11pm: 180ml of BM or however much she can drink in her half asleep modeSo we need to substitute the 7.30pm BM feed with a proper dinner meal. Then comes my headache. I'm still at work at that time. How to prepare dinner??!! My mom will only reach home from work at about 5pm+ and it's too tiring for her to have to rush home and cook and then go pick Gabby up from school. I need a solution!
Cynthia gave me this website some time ago and I've been quite a regular on it when I was planning to start Gabster on semi-solids. It's very comprehensive and it has abundance of recipes that I can rely on. And the recipes look so yummy, even I wanna try them myself.
A lot of these recipes are suitable for freezing. So my solution for now, prepare Gabster's dinner on weekends, freeze them so that my mom can thaw them and heat them up for her every evening without too much trouble. I'm so excited! The recipes are easy and seem fun to prepare. Grocery shopping time!

I am so glad that Gabby loves to eat. My cheyenne is not into food. :(
